So I’m finally back home from all the traveling (thank goodness!) and back to business. My last stop before home was the freezing cold New York City, although Momofuku Ssam Bar and Lady M made braving through the brutal gusts worthy. Back at home isn’t necessarily warmer despite how I feel inside. This look was taken a few days before we went away. Though I doubt so, but I wish the rest of the year would still at times allow for a light and fine look like this – a look that’s both form-free and polished, light and weighty.
I’m fascinated by this lightweight H & M double-breasted trench. It’s effortlessly flexible – a rebellious and interesting departure from the structured, classic kind. The cropped short-sleeve sweater by Rag and Bone I’m wearing underneath readily unites two cool hues. And these polished, crepe-shaped wide legs add just enough substance.
I hope the weather gives me a warm break soon. 🙂
xoxo,
D

I love how you appreciate weighty and flowy fabrics and put so much thought and effort into styling them in many of your outfits. In this particular outfit, I like how you partner pink and navy plus the obligatory neutral colors, and make them work seamlessly together. Thank you for sharing =) xoxo
