White poplin has definitely been a latest obsession of mine. This flowy shirtdress isn’t strictly a poplin weave but its exact rustic hand is no less adorable. This dress has a loose textile structure that lies between cotton and linen; the large patch pockets are finished with decorative flaps; the placket is cleverly trimmed with reflective silver and white ribbon that makes a definite striking statement in the dark; and the relaxed fit is simply perfect for a lazy summer day. These white Manolo Blahnik sandals I’m wearing aren’t just classic or comfy – I appreciate how its thick ankle wraps add a nice twist over the ubiquitous nudist heel designs.
This past Sunday was crazy hot but I loved every moment of it. We’re entering summer fast, and I can barely contain my excitement!
