Besides our big, bright smile, the most versatile accessory might just be a bouquet of fresh cut blooms – though these lace-up over-the-knee kicks come close. I love picking up flowers on the weekends. When we lived in Los Angeles, that was our ritual at the local farmer’s markets. But for variety, quality, and value, our best bet was always the downtown flower market. The trade-off though, was to rise regrettably early. By that, I mean to get there before 6AM – not a particularly fun thing for a weekend night owl like myself.
Here in Boston, however, getting flowers is a whole another story. The caveat is no longer about sleep deprivation; rather, it’s an interlocking series of factors including the rough winter weather and the scarcity of parking. Despite the slight hindrances, I nevertheless found adorable selections at local Costco and Whole Foods. These places usually carry fresh stock and best part is, they all offer a private lot right at their door. Okay, I sounded very spoiled. And I may just be. :p
Where do you gals usually go for fresh cut flowers?

Gorgeous flowers, and I can’t take me eyes off of those boots! I get my flowers from my mother’s garden. Ha! I also go to the flower shop (when I’m in the mood). Hope you’re having a great week! xx
