As stylish show-goers wear socks with sandals, or skirts over trousers, there’s no reason fanny packs cannot hop on the runway and turn into one of the latest haute trends. Iwas intrigued. But I’m also aware that besides the common idea of hanging a pouch to your waist, these contemporary designs carry little resemblance to what I remember about the practical fanny packs. Tory Burch made this structured one I got. I wish the leather were a little softer to ease the wear, but I admit: the fresh designer touch made this little accessory a cinch to pull off. Its clean, contemporary silhouette compliments many outfits of the same sort. I’m wearing it with my chic-sport inspired sweater and these pleated midi trousers. If I’ve convinced you to jump on the bandwagon, also try it with a flowy skirt and see if you like it. 😉
Did you all get what you wanted on the past Black Friday? Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving!

It’s certainly an updated version (the fanny pack) — I love it, its far more stylish than the relics from the 90s!! https://hideorgochic.wordpress.com
LOL Yes, it absolutely is an updated version. And that’s why they now call these waist bags or belt bags to draw a clear distinction. Glad you like this. xxx – D
I didn’t know Tory Burch made belt bags!! So cool! 🙂
