If I were allowed only one top in my wardrobe, as much as I fear such limitation, it’d be a white shirt. A well cut, finely crafted, premium quality white shirt. But the ironic truth is, I have far more white shirts/blouses than I would ever need. I might have inadvertently become a casual collector of such kind.

At first glance, this shirt might fall on the less eye-catching spectrum of Brochu Walker’s latest S/S collection. That said, it doesn’t diminish its allure to me. The long torso adds style and dimension, making it a perfect off-duty choice if tucking in isn’t your thing. Brochu Walker’s signature soft, deluxe fabric makes it indisputably a collector’s piece if you are somewhat like me vis-à-vis white shirts.

Many of you commented on my Instagram photo on the side-slit knit dress for obvious reasons. From the smooth, fitted construction, the mega-chic midi length, the elegant and demure hue, to the irresistible side slits, everything about this skirt says, “adore me”. And I do.

Wear the skirt with your favorite knit tank, or an oversized pullover for cooler days. Or if you approve, style it the way I did. x
