This longline vest is probably the 50th longline cut I’ve purchased this winter. Well, not literally, but close. A moderately elongated fit doesn’t seem to overwhelm my petite frame like how I was concerned. I adore this vest’s wooly, chenille texture and its fraying, raw edges; and the one button closure on top is functionally minimal. This soft chunky gauge sweater is from a beautiful collaboration between Uniqlo and Ines de la Fressange. The price couldn’t be better and the texture is just heavenly – though I admit, given the steal I got, my expectation was so lowered. This collaboration is still going on. I just had a peek at their S/S collection and oh la la, how chic! Check it out if to you, summer means warm breezes and an idle afternoon in an old French town. I know that’s my kind of perfect summer.
Cannot wait for the weather to warm up!
xx,
D
