Have no fear of the bulk. I’ve decided to onion it up till my arms cannot put down. Partly it’s practical for the whimsical weather; partly it is invigoratingly fun.
It refreshes a dated dull wardrobe in plentiful possible ways. Layer coat over a coat over a jacket over a button down over a crewneck over a tee is just one thought on the tops. Taking bottom wear, shoes and accessories into account, we are good for the rest of the year with the permutation.
Having said that, I make ruthless wardrobe clear-outs periodically. Now I wonder, perhaps I should be more merciful on that to potentially enlarge my pool of variables? Will try that.
