Comfort is the Ultimate Luxury

Galleries and museums are my top go-to places on a rainy summer weekend. And what’s a better ensemble for those trips than a comfy chic no-fuss outfit like this?

Like I said before, these silk pants from Aritzia are my No.1 favorites this summer. The equally chic linen-silk blend top is made by Brochu Walker, one of my beloved contemporary designers who make clean lines in European sentiment with luxe fabrics. If you’ve read my other posts, you know I’m more than picky about fabric qualities – and this is exactly why labels like Aritzia and Brochu Walker made it to my-favorites list.

Here’s a quick breakdown of my thoughts about this top:

Fit: loose, casual fit. I’m wearing a size XS – my estimate is it’d fit a regular size 0 to 2. I also believe the entire line is cut this way to convey its casual vibes.

Fabric: feather light and ultra comfy thanks to the linen-silk blend. The silk sleeve panels are sheer and the front and back panels are opaque. I like how the fabric is extremely soft and hold some flexible structure at the same time.
