We love trying out hip places in town. Puritan & Co in Cambridge was our latest find. A short conclusion is: we’ll be back. Partly because I do love its casual, trendy air; but more importantly, I think the food measures up. The Berkshire pork hash with farm eggs was decadent; the cured salmon was a nice, refreshing contrast; and my favorite goes to its pastry basket where you pick 4 from a menu of freshly baked pastries. That last menu changes often but everything sounds exciting, such as orange hibiscus doughnut, and hazelnut & milk scones.
