I love transition seasons like this. The idea that I can bulk up a bit on the upper body and still bare legs appeals to me. This is also the time where sandals in reality – not just for photos – go together with a light pullover.
This layered dress – yes, the soft sleeves, the silky round collar and shirttail that are peeping out are a part of the knit. And yet again, I’m layering the layered with a pleated skirt. Who says layering is only for separates? 🙂
I adore the beautiful color palette Brochu Walker comes up for the season. Neutrals are at the heart of all minimalists. That said, there are so many shades of neutrals and the ones Brochu Walker curates this fall are elegant, subdued, yet strong.
The relaxed-fitting dress has a straight cut from chest to hem, leaving enough room around waist. I’m wearing a size XS here and it feels true to size. The wool/cashmere blend knit lends a soft and lavish hand, so does the chiffon attachments.
Again, feel free to leave questions. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
