Did everyone had a lovely weekend?
Hubby and I spent the past weekend in New York City, running around town for something that’s no less exciting than the NYFW. It was freezing but somehow a little stroll in the light snow felt just the right thing to do with my Valentine. Alright, enough cheese for a hump day. The more important thing is, we cannot wait to break the news once things are set. 🙂
This is the second outfit we shot in The Langham, Boston. These pants have become my recent go-to outfit for all sorts of dressy occasions – the Afternoon Tea at the hotel included. The finely pressed creases at front hold structure. The zipped cuffs are thoughtful and cool. Clad in some subdued metallic sheen, these pants are what edgy chic is really about. There are things I recommend; there are the ones I don’t. And these are must-haves.
The tea at the hotel is the other must-have. The food was delicate and delectable. My favorites were the crostini with dates and goat cheese, and the chocolate mousse cup. But for an afternoon tea, that’s only half of a story. The ambiance is the other equally important component to complete the experience. We loved how the fine china tableware and the elegant dining space totally measure up.
As usual, leave questions in comments. Stay warm, ladies! x
